I’m really struggling! Every since Thanksgiving when I basically jumped off the weight loss wagon and into food oblivion!
My mind knows and tells me all the time what I shouldn’t eat and why but dam it my mouth doesn’t listen!
I’m a reasonably intelligent women
but food is my kryptonite. My buddy when I’m happy, sad, mad, and bored! I can’t envision success maybe this is why its so elusive!
I’m struggling and I don’t know what to do to make a solid change that will stick.
